Scott Feeley is the lead creative voice behind the entire High Noon portfolio, an active slate of more than twenty series and specials, including Hulu’s Superhots, Netflix’s How to Build a Sex Room, and Amazon’s Going Home with Tyler Cameron. During his run as company president, Scott has overseen High Noon’s transition to streaming entertainment and production. High Noon is now one of the industry’s leading producers for streaming platforms such as Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon, while remaining a top producer for traditional cablers like HGTV and Food Network.
With almost two decades of experience in the television industry as a producer, director, writer, and editor, Scott often serves as the lead producer or director on new projects, and personally edits and polishes cuts of sizzles, pilots, first run, and even established series. The goal – to make certain all of High Noon’s programming has a strong creative vision and unique voice.
Scott came to High Noon from Pilgrim Films and Television where he was Showrunner for series including American Chopper, which, under Scott’s guidance, was the highest rated program on Discovery Channel, and one of the biggest hits on all of cable. Scott’s High Noon credits include HGTV’s Fixer Upper and Good Bones, TLC’s Cake Boss, History’s Warriors, and Discovery Channel’s Dude, You’re Screwed.
While Scott’s a good TV producer, he’s a much better skier, mountain biker, and whitewater rafter. His kids tell him he’s an okay dad.
Dana Kopper has 30+ years of extensive experience in cable production, managing over 5000 hours of programming at High Noon Entertainment. Her expertise lies in the strategic planning and execution of production processes, where she adeptly handles budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing a range of technical operations. She keeps the machine running and ready to pivot with the daily challenges that come with production. Dana’s role is critical in ensuring that the creative vision seamlessly aligns with logistical and budgetary frameworks in the production of over 200 hours of programming annually. She also serves as a vital connection between High Noon Entertainment and ITV America.
Prior to High Noon, Dana's career included a significant stint in the Los Angeles film industry as an Assistant Director, with notable credits such as "The Patriot" with Mel Gibson. She is a member of the Directors Guild of America (DGA) and she still loves the energy she gets on set visits and loves being part of a crew when she can. Dana is a graduate of Drake University, holding a BA in Television Production.
In addition to her professional prowess, Dana recently accomplished the impressive feat of climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, showcasing her dedication and resilience both inside and outside the workplace. Besides travel and adventures like hiking and biking, Dana loves music and her family.
Katie Neff runs the development team at High Noon. An avid fan of reality television (as a preteen her parents cut off MTV at their house because she was “too young to be watching the Real World”), Katie relies on her passion for the genre to oversee a robust slate of projects ranging from home renovation to food to shiny floor competition formats and beyond. From discovering Chip and Joanna Gaines (the talent behind HGTV’s #1 show ever Fixer Upper), to developing shows like Netflix’s How to Build a Sex Room, Katie’s goal is to take the tried and true lifestyle genre and push it to new heights.
Under her leadership, High Noon has developed and sold dozens of successful series, including HGTV hits Good Bones, Unsellable Houses, Farmhouse Fixer, and Bargain Block; Food Network’s Vegas Chef Prize Fight; Nat Geo Wild’s Dog: Impossible, and much more. On the streaming side she has sold series to Hulu (Superhot: The Spicy World of Pepper People), ROKU (a not-yet announced culinary competition), Netflix (Southern Survival and an as-yet announced ensemble docuseries) and Amazon (two as-yet announced celeb-fronted series).
Katie graduated from the University of Richmond and began her career in the New York City publishing world, where she worked as an editor at O at Home (an Oprah publication) and Country Living magazines. After she met her (now) husband, she made the move west to Denver, CO. Upon landing in Colorado, she heard about a company called High Noon… 14 years (and 2 kids) later, she can’t imagine working anywhere else!

She works closely with a talented team of storytellers who specialize in creating authentic, unscripted programming with heart and humor.

Additionally, Glenna was instrumental in producing TLC's Cake Boss and Kitchen Boss as well as the long-running Food Network series Unwrapped.
